Financial Controller working as an extended controller between Finance and Operations in the Italian subsidiary of a US-headquartered multinational. Core areas: budget, rolling forecast and budget-vs-actual analysis by client and project, explaining variances to management and project owners; the full order-to-cash cycle (invoicing, accruals, unbilled revenue, monthly closings); reconciliations between orders, backlog, invoices and ledger; day-to-day coordination with project managers and operations on project progress; monthly management reporting and revenue forecasting for US headquarters. Previously an accountant at an international audit and advisory network, covering around 25 clients across general accounting, closings and financial statements. Strong in automation: structured use of AI (Claude Opus and other LLMs) and agentic workflows (Claude Cowork and similar tools) to automate reporting and reconciliations, covering the workload of an entire team. Available to relocate to Singapore.
