Summary Profile:

I’m an architect with solid experience in the project management, especially in the luxury retail sector.

During these past years I have managed the opening of over 50 stores in APAC (SEA, Korea, Japan, China, New Zealand, India)  and EMEAI (Europe, Middle East, India) regions, including the design process of many of them for three important luxury brands established on the world stage (Zegna, Loro Piana, Ferragamo).

I’ve coordinated site assessments and project planning, incorporating technical specifications, local regulations and operational requirements, monitoring the construction and store opening process and ensuring quality, brand consistency and budget control.

I’ve taken part of the new concept arrangement during my time in Loro Piana, developing the resort concept from scratch.
I can say that I’ve overseen the entire life cycle of a store, from the design phase to the final opening.
I believe in the experience through the site work, since it is the real scenery of my work: this is a fundamental learning opportunity, and you never stop learning from it.
I’m an avid traveler and I’m used to traveling across the countries to oversee the store sites I’m responsible for.
I work independently managing multiple projects simultaneously, supervising GC, Millworkers and all the suppliers and consultants involved in the construction process.

I’m capable to manage project in different field than retail such us residential, F&B and hotellerie.
