Novella is General Manager of Intesa Sanpaolo Singapore Branch since February 2024, overseeing business in ASEAN and India.

She joined the Intesa Sanpaolo Group in 2008 and held various roles within the IMI CIB Division in Hong Kong, Singapore, New York (USA) and Warsaw (Poland). Previously she worked for an international law firm in Mainland China and Hong Kong.

Novella is an international law graduate of the University of Bologna and holds a post-graduate business degree.
